INFORMATION REQUEST 
 
On 10 May 2025 you asked for information about the Chief Executive, City Development & 
Partnerships  and  Strategy,  Growth  &  Governance  org  charts,  reporting  lines,  job  titles  and 
how many people are in each role, as well as consultants whose fees are billed against these 
departments  for  the  last  year  and  in  the  next  year's  budget.  Here  is  our  response  to  your 
questions: 
 
1.  Can you please provide me either org charts for these departments showing 
reporting lines, job title and how many persons in each role.

2.  In  addition,  please  include  count  and  role/purpose  of  engagement  for  any 
consultants whose fees that are billed against that department for last year and 
in next years budget. 
 
The details below are in relation to last year’s budget, the budgets for next financial 
year have not yet been set, the 2026 annual plan process is still in progress.
