following under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
“a copy of the Remuneration – Individual Employment Agreement Employees - policy 
document, and, the Remuneration - Collective Employment Agreement PAKS (Digital and 
Data) policy document.” 
Clarified on 16 May 2025 
“The Remuneration Policy I requested is in respect of Waikato Hospital employees, 
regardless of what employment agreement they are working under.”

Attached as Appendix One is Health NZ Interim Individual Employment Agreement (IEA) 
Remuneration Policy. Appendix Two attached is Health NZ Waikato Remuneration – Individual 
Employment Agreement Employees Policy.
