advise provided, related to the rock sea wall that was recently installed and is now being removed 
at Hatfields beach, along with all cost incurred. 
Please find attached all information we hold relating to this matter.

-7(2)(b)(ii) – releasing information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial
