Official Information Act request: Prime Minister's diary and engagements for March 
2025 
 
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request, received on 30 April 2025. 
You requested: 
 
“Can I please request a copy of the Prime Minister's diary and engagements for March 
2025? As per Cabinet Minute CAB-18-MIN-0587, this information should be published 
within 15 business days of the end of the month. It has been 19 business days but the 
Prime Minister has not yet released this information. ” 
 
This office is currently preparing the Prime Minister's Ministerial diary for March 2025, which 
will be released shortly on the following website: Search | Beehive.govt.nz. We apologise for 
the delay, however, due to the statutory holidays and staff on annual leave last month we 
were unable to provide this information within the expected time frame.  
 
I am therefore refusing your request under section 18(d) of the Act as the information will 
soon be publicly available. 
 
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my decision under 
section 28(3) of the Act.
