In addition to these events, our organization marked its fourth anniversary in November 2023 with an event
attended by more than 110 individuals. Moreover, on the 5th anniversary 2024 the event attended by more than
140+ people from all backgrounds.
Our commitment extends beyond these major events, as we continuously collaborate with partners and
supporters on various initiatives such as "Meet the Candidates" election events and other community-building
activities which each have attendees of 100 -400 people.
Being a youth-led organization, we are at the forefront of organizing meaningful and impactful events. Our
confidence is rooted in our skills, reputation, and strong connections within the diverse ethnic communities and
ethnic youth, enabling us to consistently bring exceptional events to achievement.

We are delighted to present a proposal for the organizing and delivery of four great events – two in Wellington
and two in Palmerston North – to celebrate the achievements of students from ethnic backgrounds. These events

Overall Goals:

Our goals include recognizing academic achievements, fostering a sense of community pride, and providing a
platform for students to feel celebrated and motivated.

Venues suggestions: We can have options of venues such as schools, community venues, Library, City Council.
Varity of options to work on to host those numbers of attendees once the budget approved will give us time to
start working on booking the venues.

Students: 66 students ( 2 per school)
School representative: 33 people ( 1 per school )
Students’ parents: 132 people - 2 per student.
Organizing Team: 20 staff, volunteers and special guests.
