Your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-039452 Thank you for your request of 11 April 2025, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

I am requesting the following information for the past 36 months: •
The number and total cost of taxi trips taken by ACC executives. •
The number of nights of accommodation booked for ACC executives and the total cost. •
The number of flights taken by ACC executives and the total cost. •
I would appreciate this information broken down by individual executive and by month or quarter.
The requested information is attached Please note the following when referring to the data:
• The data includes both national and international travel
• The costs are GST exclusive
• The flight and taxi costs include administration fees which are paid to Tandem Travel
• The sum of flight count is by return flights
• The data is provided by Calendar year with the quarters spilt as follows:
o Quarter 1: January to March
o Quarter 2: April to June
o Quarter 3: July to September
o Quarter 4: October to December
As our Chief Executive costs for the period requested are or will soon be publicly available, we are not
providing them with in this response. This decision has been made under section 18(d) of the Act. You
