Time Extension of your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-039452
Thank you for your request of 11 April 2025, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

I am requesting the following information for the past 36 months: •
The number and total cost of taxi trips taken by ACC executives. •
The number of nights of accommodation booked for ACC executives and the total cost.

The number of flights taken by ACC executives and the total cost. •
I would appreciate this information broken down by individual executive and by month or
quarter.
ACC needs extra time
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after
the day we received your request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we
are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to 28 May 2025.
This extension is necessary because your request necessitates a search through a large quantity of
information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with our operations.
