courses. You have specifical y requested:

On 21 May 2025, the Information and Records Management team asked for the fol owing clarification of the
request –
Regarding your OIA request OIA 25.276, may you please confirm a timeframe for the headcount information
you are requesting?
Also, if there are any course codes of specific courses that you are interested (i.e. FINA101) that you that wish
to highlight, that would be greatly appreciated.

Please see attached the headcount numbers for the above courses for the 2023 and 2024 academic years as of
April and December in each year. If there is a blank cell in the spreadsheet there are no enrolments in that
course.
Please note that where there are five or less students in a particular category, the actual number is not
provided, rather a range of less than or equal to five (≤5). This is to protect the individual’s privacy under s
9(2)(a) of the Act. It is in the public interest that individuals are not identifiable when providing information
about student enrolment numbers.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about
