OIA 25.253 Enrolment numbers for the School of Creative and Digital Arts for 2024
I refer to the Official Information Act (the Act) request dated 11 April 2025 regarding Enrolment numbers for
the School of Creative and Digital Arts for 2024. You have specifical y requested:

I'd like to know our breakdown enrolment numbers for School of Creative and Digital Arts for 2024
Under 3 departments : Digital Screen, Fine Arts and Music
And how many enrolment under each of the strands within department.
For example:
Enrolment for Animation, cinematic Arts, Game arts , game development, screen sound , screen
writing under Digital Screen.
Please see overleaf the overal figures for enrolments in the School of Creative and Digital Arts for 2024. Given
that one student can enrol in multiple courses across the different subject areas, students are not categorized
as belonging to one subject area within the department.
Courses are linked to a subject area that oversees the delivery of that course e.g. Game Development is a
major in the Bachelor of Digital Screen with Honours, an individual course could be a Computer Science paper,
a Game Design paper as displayed on this pag

Whilst students do complete majors as part of their qualification, students also take courses in subject areas
outside of their major. This means that the number of students completing a major wil not equal the number
of students enrol ed in courses overseen by a subject area.
