Thank you for your request for the information dated 10 April 2025 asking for any information 
(briefings, memoranda etc) Auckland Transport (AT) received from Fullers360 Ltd regarding the 
decision to retire and scrap the vessels 'Kea' and 'Superflyte'. 
 
AT does not hold any information regarding retired Operator assets. The best course of action 
would be to contact Fullers360 as those assets were used on non-contracted routes i.e. Kea on 
Devonport and Superflyte on Waiheke. 
 
The Devonport route became a contracted route on 18 July 2022, after Kea was retired from 
Fullers360's fleet. Therefore, your request is refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the 
information does not exist.  
 
Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately, you are able to make a 
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act 
and seek an investigation and review regarding this matter.
