Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide any correspondence (for you or your office) received from, or sent to, baby 
formula companies, their representatives, or formula industry lobbyists during the time you 
have been Minister for Food Safety.  
 
I wil  not be able to respond within the timeframe set out in the Act in accordance with section 
15A(1)(b) as consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a 
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the normal 20-working-day time limit. 
 
I wil  reply to your request by no later than 6 June, earlier if possible.
