on 23 April 2025.

Please find attached a copy of the requested report. Where names of individuals are redacted,
these are withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA to protect the privacy of natural persons.
Where addresses have been withheld, these have been withheld under section 9(2)(g)(ii)
where the withholding of information is necessary to maintain the effective conduct of public
affairs through the protection of such Ministers, members of organisations, officers, and
employees from improper pressure or harassment.
In each case where we have withheld information, we have considered in accordance with
section 9(1) of the OIA whether there is a countervailing public interest such that the
information should be released. Where information has been withheld/redacted, we have
determined that there is no such countervailing public interest.
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to seek an investigation and review by the
Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
Yours sincerely
