following Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request: 
“In a comment to the media regarding Green MP Benjamin Doyle you said 
“I've got all sorts of people from the rainbow community who are agreeing with 
what I'm saying.” 
I am requesting all communications and correspondence between yourself, 
and/or your Office, with members of the rainbow community regarding or with 
reference to Green MP Benjamin Doyle.” 
This Office holds no Official information related to your request, as the comments 
made were in the capacity of Leader of New Zealand First. Therefore, your request 
has been refused under section 18(e) of the Act, because the information you have 
requested does not exist. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review of this decision by the Office
