Thank you for your request for information dated 28 March 2025 regarding enforcement undertaken by an Officer with 
ID 1353 between 1 December 2024 and 28 February 2025.   
 
During the requested date period, the officer has issued 366 infringements. 
Please refer to the attached appendix A for the date, time, location and offence number of the issued infringements. 
Please refer to the attached appendix B for further details of the offence type descriptions. 
 
To provide you with the number of infringements issued by officer 1353 that have been queried, we would have to 
review each queried infringement then manual y cross check the issuing officer which would take a substantial amount 
of time. Therefore, this part of your request is declined under section 17(f) of the LGOIMA as this cannot be provided 
without substantial col ation. 
 
Of the 366 infringements issued by officer 1353, 1 infringement was waived due to officer error. 
 
 
Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately, you are able to make a complaint to the 
Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation and review 
regarding this matter.
