“Can you please provide me with the pay scales for the below administrative 
staff:

Complaints Assessment Administrator 
Can you please provide me with the lowest paid salary; the highest paid salary 
and the median average for your current staff in these roles.” 
We have considered your request under the Official Information Act 1982. 
Please find below the requested information. 
HDC  renumerates  staff  in  accordance  with  salary  bands  established  for  each  tole 
having regard to the requirements of that role’s job description. 
A salary at 100% of the band represents a midpoint.
