We refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the

“I would like to request a full list of approved university emojis as mentioned in 
the staff news article Greatnews for People @ Vic, published 25 March 2025.” 
 
Attached is the University’s emoji style guide which contains the information you 
requested. Please note that this is a component of a broader social media style guide that 
seeks to assist team members outside of the Social Media team in writing captions 
appropriate for the University’s channels across various social media platforms.
