Thank you for your email of 13 June 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovafion and 
Employment (MBIE) requesfing, under the Official Informafion Act 1982 (the Act), the fol owing 
informafion: 
 
I request al  informafion deemed as withheld under secfion 9(2)(ba)(i) and or 9(2)(f)(iv). 
 
MBIE has reassessed the documents released to you in OIA ref: 0011436 and has made the 
decision to release the informafion on page 50 of the aftached document bundle, which was 
previously withheld under secfion 9(2)(f)(iv) of the Act: to maintain the consfitufional 
convenfions for the fime being which protect the confidenfiality of advice tendered by Ministers 
of the Crown and officials. This is because the previously redacted informafion is no longer under 
acfive ministerial considerafion. 
 
MBIE considers that the reasons for withholding the remaining informafion redacted under 
secfions 9(2)(a), to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural 
persons, and 9(2)(ba)(i), to protect informafion which is subject to an obligafion of confidence or 
which any person has been or could be compelled to provide under the authority of any 
enactment, where the making available of the informafion would be likely to prejudice the supply 
of similar informafion, or informafion from the same source, and it is in the public interest that 
such informafion should confinue to be supplied sfil  stand. 
 
I do not consider that the withholding of this informafion is outweighed by public interest 
considerafions in making the informafion available. 
 
The document is reaftached, with the amendment to page 50.
