Thank you for your correspondence dated 17 March 2025 requesting, under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information: 
Under the provisions of the Official Information Act  1982,  I request any documents 
concerning hospitality expenses incurred since December  1,  2024.  This 
encompasses all relevant documents, receipts, records,  and claims associated with 
hospitality expenses. 
You will be aware that my office contacted you on 19 March 2025, requesting clarification on 
the details and scope of your request.  I note that, to date, we have not received a response. 
Your request has been interpreted to be for expenses incurred when hosting in my 
Ministerial capacity. As I have not participated in any such engagements in the specified 
timeframe,  I am refusing your request under section 18( e) of the Act, as the information 
sought does not exist. 
You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to file a complaint with an Ombudsman 
regarding my decision.
