Hi Jenny, when chatting last with Minister Watts, I mentioned an outfit that does renewable long duration energy
storage (~15 hours, along with electricity grid support services) as opposed to short-term (~2 hours) battery energy
storage. It happens that they are in town (they are currently operating out of the UK and Australia) on December 11 and
the morning of 12th and I was wondering if there was any chance of some time with the Minister -as this is exactly the
type of renewable energy technology that could be included in the next emissions reduction budget work and into
ERP3.
