I recently requested and obtained minutes of Board meetings going back several years. Can
I please request the board pack that went to each board meeting as pre-reading that lead
to the minuted actions. (The whole pack)
As we advised in our email of 13 March 2025, this request captures a substantial quantity of
information. In the absence of refinement, we are refusing your request under section 18(f) of the
OIA, as the information requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or
research.
In line with our obligations under section 18B of the OIA, we have considered whether affixing a
charge or extending the timeframe would enable your request to be answered. However, given
the scale of the request we do not consider that this would be appropriate.
