We write in respect of our correspondence to you dated 18 March 2025, where you requested the 
following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
•  Please could you provide a list of how many calls Lake Hawea station has been called to 
this year so far and what the calls where. 
 
Unfortunately, the information provided to you in our previous response was slightly incorrect. 
This is because our letter stated we provided you all ‘call outs received and attended by Lake 
Hawea’. We failed to communicate that we provided you counts of attendances, of the cal s the 
Lake Hawea Volunteer Brigade received directly, which was the subject of your request. We regret 
this error and any confusion that it may have caused. 
 
The data we provided you was correct; however the title was misleading. In light of this, please 
find attached, as an Appendix to this response, the number of cal s Lake Hawea Volunteer Brigade 
have received from 1 January 2025 to 7 March 2025. Of those calls, we also provide the number of 
callouts the Lake Hawea Volunteer Brigade have attended. The cal s have been further broken 
down by month and type.
