I refer to your Local Government Official Information & Meetings Act (LGOIMA – the Act) request 
received by Wel ington Water Limited (WWL) on 25 March 2025. 
This request was transferred from Wel ington City Council (WCC). On 14 April 2025 you were 
advised that questions two and three of your request (below) would be responded to by WWL, 
and questions one and four to be answered by WCC, as the latter is held by them.  My apologies 
for the confusion about this. 
Please provide relating to Wellington Water Limited from past two financial years or using 
the most convenient near-equivalent reporting periods:
