I refer to your Local Government Official Information & Meetings Act (LGOIMA – the Act) 
request received by Wellington Water Limited (WWL) on 25 March 2025. 
 
This request was transferred from Wellington City Council (WCC). On 14 April 2025 you were 
advised that questions two and three of your request (below) would be responded to by 
WWL, and questions one and four to be answered by WCC, as the latter is held by them.  My 
apologies for the confusion about this. 
This is a partial response for your second question. A full response to complete the second 
question and third question will be supplied as soon as practicable.
