Thank you for your email dated 6 March 2025 to Te Kaunihera o Pōneke | Wellington City Council (the 
Council) for the following information:

Please provide relating to Wel ington Water Limited from past two financial years or using the most
convenient near-equivalent reporting periods:
1. The reporting either by or relating to Wel ington Water Limited as held by the Council.
2. Audit and / or Risk and / or Review findings relating to Wel ington Water Limited.
3. Funding requests from Wellington Water Limited, as received by Wel ington City Council.
4. The current Wel ington City Council contract with the Wel ington Water Limited.
I notice there was a review from FY22/23 but did not notice any fol ow-ups to that. 
Your request is being considered under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 
(LGOIMA).  
I am writing to advise you that we have transferred your request to Wel ington Water Limited (WWL). The 
information to which your request relates is believed to be more closely connected with the functions of 
WWL. In these circumstances, we are required by section 12 of the LGOIMA to transfer your request.
