Governing Body and Committee Attendance Record
Thank you for your official information request which we received on 4 August. The specific
details of your request and our response is below:
1) an explanation as to why Auckland Council reports the attendance for
Governing Body differently than Local Boards, with Local Boards having all
information displayed at all times? What is the justification for publishing
this information differently?
The Governing Body attendance records on the Auckland Council website have been
updated.
2) the full attendance records for all members of the Governing Body (by
quarter) for the entire 2022-2025 electoral term. I would prefer this in a
spreadsheet if possible, or a table format like the local board information.
This information is attached.
3) confirmation if there was there a lapse or gap in publishing this information at
any time during 2022-2025 term? And if so, why and for how long?
The Governing Body attendance records on the Auckland Council website have been
updated.
