Official Information Act request: Statutory vacancies
Thank you for your email of 19 February 2025 requesting a list of all statutory vacancies
managed by the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry), under the Of icial Information Act 1982
(the Act). Specifically, you requested:
May I kindly ask you to provide a name list of all your statutory vacancies managed
by your department, which required you to advertised on this page.
I have interpreted your request to be asking which statutory vacancies are administrated
and/or managed by the Ministry, and from time to time require recruitment to fil vacancies
that occur within those bodies.
In response to your request please refer to
table 1 appended, for a list of the statutory
bodies whose appointments are managed by the Ministry on behalf of the relevant
appointing Minister. Please note, this list should not be considered exhaustive as from time
to time new or ad hoc bodies may come into existence and the Ministry may also assist
other agencies or appointing Ministers by noting vacancies in those areas on the Ministry’s
Statutory Vacancies page.
