Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 25 March 2025. You 
requested: 
- the time(s) the Police enforced the above trespass notices.
This event was monitored by security staff employed by the council. Police were notified 
three times regarding the growing number of protestors congregating at Te Atatū 
Peninsula Community Hub.  
Police did not enforce any trespass notices on 15 February, however Police did serve 
trespass notices on behalf of the council for six people on the following dates: 
March 12 2025, March 14 2025 and March 18 2025
