Dear Mr Lamusse 
I refer to your email of 31 July 2015, in which you requested information from the University relating to the 
time and location of the meeting of Council to set student fees for 2016 (the “fee-setting meeting”). The 
University’s response fol ows: 
Where will the fee-setting meeting for the forthcoming year be held? On which day? What time of day wil  
the meeting take place? In what physical location wil  it take place? What is the building name and street 
address? What is the room number (if applicable) of the location in which said meeting wil  take place? 
 
The fee-setting meeting will take place in Auckland on 19 October 2015 at 4:00PM. The precise physical 
location of the meeting has not yet been determined, and this information is not held by the University. This 
constitutes a partial refusal of your request under s 18(g) of the Official Information Act. 
 
Right to seek investigation and review 
The University has partially refused your request. You have the right to seek an investigation and review of 
this refusal by way of a complaint to an Ombudsman under s 28(3) of the Official information Act.
