Thank you for your request to the Department of Conservation, received on 14 February 2025, in 
which you asked: 
 
I am requesting the organisational chart for the operations team within Auckland, including all 
Operations Managers based in Auckland (who they report to and their direct reports) and also a 
list of manager (director to team lead) titles and the management tier for each position (Tier 1 - 
Tier 6 or the lowest management tier). 
 
We have considered your request under the Of icial Information Act 1982. 
 
On 19 February 2025 you clarified your request as follows: “no need to provide names of staff, 
just position titles…yes please include the marine district org chart as well.” 
 
A copy of the organisation charts for the Regional Operations teams for the Auckland Region 
reporting to an Operations Manager is attached to this letter.
