Official Information request for number of infringement notices & fines issued 
 
I acknowledge receipt of your official information request dated 12 February 2025 for the 
following: 
  
•  Can  you provide the number  of parking  or  other  road  user  related  infringement 
notices  and  fines  issued,  and  the  amount  of  revenue  received,  for  the  2022-23, 
2023-24 and 2024-25 (YTD) financial years. 
•  Can you confirm the date when your roading bylaw expired. 
•  Can you confirm which regulatory instrument you are using to lawfully collect those 
roading related fines.  
•  Update to the request - please also provide how much revenue was obtained from 
people paying for parking in those same financial years. 
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later 
than 12 March 2025, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we 
are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that 
timeframe.
