Darren - will re stand for position on the WAB also has a new job as Programme Development
Lead – Sustainability Assurance
Teina – no updates.
Gael – new technical advisory board for the EPA might be relevant
Don – will put his name back in for the WAB
David- has spent some time working in Australia with sister companies and some waste work in
the US.
Denise – Board for Waiheke resources trust – will need to declare a conflict of interest.
Jacqui – Name back in for the WAB – interested in what is happening with the Right to Repair

Sue – Will put her hand back in for the WAB

Australia – David has some experience in Australia. Don and Jacqui will be involved in this
research.
Product Stewardship/Australis - Sue and Darren
Circularity index - Sue to do something on circularity index know more about the Scotland case
study. Teina is also keen And Gael to help if needed
Lighter touch report to reporting to TA – have the experience to just report back.
Hazardous waste – approach MfE landfill David asked for some data from our team. MfE to
report back/provide information. Soil discussion point – Don and Dave
Timeframes
Hazardous waste becoming a present issue – 1 priority
TA lighter touch – can do this with hazardous waste in one meeting (Darren)
Australia/product stewardship 3rd and emissions reduction plan
Circularity 4th – Sue happy to write up not much background information required.
12th June 9.30am til midday. Reports prepared by the 7th.
Renee - Get information from the BIM that was sent to the Minister for information relevant to
the WAB.
