I refer to the Ministry of Health’s letter to you of 14 February 2025, in which you were asked to 
prioritise the requests you currently have on hand with our agency. 
 
As a response has not been received to you from date, the Ministry has decided to extend the 
timeframe available to respond to the following request to 12 May 2025 in line with section 
15(A)(1)(a) of the Act:
