(the Act) for information relating to COVID19 vaccines. You requested:
is there stil an obligation at this time, under Advance Purchase Agreements that were
transferred to Pharmac by the Ministry of Health on 1 July 2023, to purchase defined
quantities of Covid vaccines?
There is no obligation for Pharmac to purchase defined quantities of COVID19 vaccines.
The volume of COVID19 vaccines purchased is based on the estimated need. You can find
