Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora received correspondence on 23 September 2025, from the
Office of the Ombudsman regarding our previous response to your request for official information
dated 28 March 2025
Health NZ has revised its previous response and is now able to provide you with some of the
information requested. Some information is withheld under section 9(2)(ba)(i) of the OIA as it is
subject to an obligation of confidence, and if released, would likely prejudice the supply of similar
information in the future. It is in public interest that this information should continue to be supplied.
