on 23 January 2025. You requested: 
 
“Under the OIA, please may I have all Cabinet and Cabinet Committee papers and 
minutes concerning Invest New Zealand.” 
 
I believe the information you have requested is more closely connected to the functions of 
the Minister for Trade and Investment, Hon Todd McClay. Accordingly, I have decided to 
transfer your request to the Minister for Trade and Investment under section 14(b)(ii) of the 
Act. 
 
The Minister for Trade and Investment has the usual timeframes under the Act from receipt
