privacy of natural persons.  Any information not relevant to your request has been removed and 
noted as “out of scope”. 
 
I can confirm that a search of our records showed that these were the only notifications WorkSafe 
received relating to investigations into security in Dunedin, Queenstown, Southland and Timaru 
hospitals since 2020.  
 
In making my decision, I have considered the public interest considerations in section 9(1) of the 
Official Information Act.
