Thank you for your Official Information Act request received on 20 January 2025. You requested: 
 
‘Please provide a copy of all information relating to investigations, whether withdrawn or 
completed into security officers in hospitals since 2020. Please include all relevant information 
into the response, including documentation such as initial complaints.’ 
 
Following a thorough search of our records, WorkSafe New Zealand has not investigated any 
incidents relating to security officers in hospitals since 2020. Accordingly, I have refused your 
request for the information above under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act as the 
information doesn’t exist.
