I am requesting the release of all documentation, including, but not limited to: 
 
- all submissions made by Vineway Ltd,  
- records of all discussions of this application by the Fast Track Advisory Group, and  
- the reasons for the project location being redacted in the list of projects included in 
the Bill published by the Government in December 2024. 
The Treasury does not hold information relating to your request but I believe such 
information is held by the Ministry for the Environment. Accordingly, I have decided under 
section 14(b)(i) of the Official Information Act to transfer your request to the Ministry for the 
Environment.  
The Ministry for the Environment has 20 working days from receipt of this transfer to make a 
decision on your request.
