I write in response to your request dated 18 December 2024 for information under the 
Of icial Information Act (1982): 
 
In relation to the recently conducted Organisational Health Index (OHI) survey, how 
many of the 3,200 employees who were sent the survey actually responded. 
 
Please provide the numerical value of number of staff who responded. 
 
I can advise you that at end of the survey period, 2,572 staff had responded to the survey.
