Provide all board policies and terms of reference for subcommittee meetings.

We have interpreted your request to be for finalised and approved board policies and terms of 
reference for board subcommittee meetings. 
The documents include the Terms of Reference for the Finance and Audit Committee and the 
Capital Infrastructure Committee of the Health NZ Board which set out their establishment, 
functions, responsibilities, and governance structure.  
Please refer to Appendix One, which sets out our decision on the release of documents within 
scope of your request. The documents able to be released are attached as Appendix Two.
