We have interpreted your request to refer to the reestablishment of the Health New Zealand Board
announced by the Government in July 2025.
Meeting minutes for the Health NZ Board are going to be proactively released; therefore, your
request is refused under section 18(d) of the OIA as this information wil soon be publicly available
