We refer to your email dated 15 December 2024 for month-by-month figures for 
the annual costs reported in the table within Slide 20 entitled "Estimated spend to 
date". 
Please find attached a spreadsheet that contains this information. 
Note: 
-  The total costs per financial year differ slightly compared to the table shown 
in the briefing presentation, as we were recently credited some funds due 
to coloured PET previously being counted as a contaminant when it should 
not have been. (2022/23: $315k vs $348k; 2023/24: $263k vs $276k). 
If you are unhappy with this response, or with the way Council has arrived at the 
fees it charges,  you  can  seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman.
