Thank  you  for  your request  under  the Of icial  Information  Act  1982  to the Ministry for the 
Environment dated 01 December 2024 for the following information: 
I request a copy of the plan submitted to the Fast-Track Projects Advisory Group by 
the Tahimana Limited Partnership labelled Tahimana and located at Stagecoach Road 
in Tasman. Please provide all documents and analysis supporting the Advisory 
Group's decision to assign this project as Priority Five, when project FT236 Maitahi 
Vil age was assigned Priority One and project FTA251 The Māpua Development was 
assigned Priority 2.  
I am writing to notify you that the Ministry has transferred the part of your request for “al  
documents and analysis supporting the Advisory Group's decision to assign this project as 
Priority Five, when project FT236 Maitahi Vil age was assigned Priority One and project 
FTA251 The Māpua Development was assigned Priority 2”  to  the  Ministry  of  Business, 
Innovation and Employment (MBIE).  
This information is not held by the Ministry but is believed to be held by the MBIE. In these 
circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982 to transfer 
your request. 
You wil  hear further from MBIE concerning that part of your request.  
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision to
