I refer to your email of 15 July 2015 requesting under the Official Information Act 1982, the following 
information:

Please provide available information on the seizure and sale 1/7 Halcyon Pl Papatoetoe 
which has been seized under The Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009.  
• 
In particular whether the property has been used for the manufacture or storage of 
narcotics or used for criminal purposes. 
 
The property at 1/7 Halcyon Place, Papatoetoe was forfeit to the Crown by order of the High Court 
on 31 March 2015.The tests undertaken by the Official Assignee did not indicate that the property 
was used for the manufacture or storage of narcotics.
