Thank  you  for  your  request  under  the  Official  Information  Act  (1982),  dated  14  July  2015  and 
received this morning requesting the following information. 
 
  All communications, meetings and dialogue between Pacific Trust Canterbury and the 
Canterbury District Health Board between 1st of July 2014 and 2nd of July 2015, in regards to 
mental health services, its funding, reports and all communications during this time. 
 
As  required  under  the  Official  Information  Act  (1982),  the  Canterbury  District  Health  Board  will 
respond  to  your  request  within  20  working  days.  You  should  therefore  receive  a  response  on  or 
before 12 August 2015. 
 
If a large amount of information has been requested or if the Canterbury District Health Board needs 
to  consult  in  order  to  make  a  decision,  we  may  need  to  extend  this  date  (this  is  provided  for  in 
section 15A of the Act).  We will advise you if such an extension is necessary.
