has been considered under the Local Government Of icial Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA). Please find my response below.
1. Can you please provide the full 2024 residents monitoring survey report, including any raw
electronic data from the survey if available?

2. I'm also requesting all internal communications about the production, results and public
release of the 2024 report. This includes any communications about:

the drafting and approval of the report and any media releases made
-
the process for releasing & communicating the findings of the report,
-
the apparent decision to only release a summary of the report
The emails requested have been provided as Appendix 4, please note some information has been
redacted or withheld for the following reasons:
• Contact information has been redacted under section 7(2)(f)(i ) of the LGOIMA, to maintain
the effective conduct of public affairs through the protection of such members, officers,
employees, and persons from improper pressure or harassment.
• One email thread has been withheld under section 72(f)(i) of the LGOIMA, to maintain the
effective conduct of public affairs through the free and frank expression of opinions by or
between or to members or officers or employees of any local authority in the course of their
duty.
As per section 7(1) of the LGOIMA, I do not consider that in the circumstances of this response, the
withholding of this information is outweighed by the other considerations which render it desirable to
in the public interest to make the information available.
You have the right, by way of complaint under section 28(1) of the LGOIMA, to request an
investigation and review of the Council’s decision to withhold information by the Ombudsman.
