Thank you for your email of 29 January 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment
(MBIE).
We released all information that is relevant to your request in our earlier responses. No advice regarding
the removal of the Vaccination Assessment Tool webpage was received by MBIE outside of the
documents previously released to you.
To provide relevant support to businesses, content on the business.govt.nz website is reviewed annual y.
In the 2023 review of the website, the Manager of the team who administer the website made the
decision to remove the Vaccination Assessment Tool page. This was as the information was no longer
relevant, the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccination Assessment Tool) Regulations 2021 (the
Regulations) were revoked in May 2022, and traffic to the page, that was left on the website for reference
purposes after the Regulations were revoked, was very low.
