While the report is labelled as a draft document, Health New Zealand has confirmed 
that it has not been superseded by a final version. Health New Zealand has made the 
following comment about the report:  
 
The focus on productivity and service delivery performance is a regular part of 
service delivery review. Noting that this productivity report was prepared prior to 
the reset of Health NZ, therefore, some of the proposed activities identified in the 
future work programme may have been superseded by this reset work 
programme.
