Further to my follow-up letters of 17 March and 23 May 2025, I am writing to advise you that I am
now able to release both the report from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Deloitte report, because
both reports are no longer under active consideration. The PricewaterhouseCoopers report is

Deloitte report is attached. Thank you for your patience awaiting these reports.
In the interests of transparency, we release responses to Official Information Act requests every
three months. We will publish this response with your personal details redacted.
