Thank you for your email of 14 October 2024 in which you request the following under 
the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
“1) Please provide electronic copies of those documents held by MFAT in regards 
this policy of maintaining a blacklist of Russian diplomats who were expelled by 
zionist puppet regimes like the US and UK. 2) In light of recent comments by 
Minister Peters in regards supporting "talking to one another" in the context of 
refusing to expel zionist 'diplomats' who have taken part in the genocide of the 
Palestinian people, is this policy still in effect but only in regards Russian gentiles, 
or has it since been dropped? ”  
 
On 15 October 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the Ministry) requested 
additional information from you to confirm whether you are eligible to make an OIA 
request. To date, we have not received a response from you.  
 
Accordingly, the Ministry will not be responding to your OIA request at this stage. If you 
are able to provide sufficient ID at a later date, please resubmit your request to: DM-
